Celebrity personal trainer, Jordan Syatt, discusses his personal struggles with food fear and anxiety stemming all the way back to his first date in high school. Jordan explains how he went from being scared of eating anything “bad” to becoming one of the worlds leading fitness experts, and even eating 1 Big Mac every day for 30 days to prove you can eat your favorite treats in moderation while losing fat. Jordan is a celebrity personal trainer, five time World Record Powerlifter, a Precision Nutrition and Westside Barbell Certified coach and also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Behavior Science with a focus in Strength & Conditioning.
He runs a Client Services business that helps others learn more about health and wellness. Through this, he was able to coach Gary Vaynerchuck and others. He also loves coffee.
