Alvin’s start up is a manifestation of his belief that is a force for social good–a force with the power to recreate the world around us. Alvin will talk about his journey of creating his start-up company without connections or resources, and introduce the unique start-up mentality which made it possible.
The 2 essentials of start-up are skillsets and mentality. Skillsets are external, yet mentality is internal. We will never know everything before starting up, we are forced to learn and acquire new skillsets as we grow. Mentality refers to how you deal with new challenges, new business environment, new situations and new teammates.
Alvin would focus on sharing my start-up mentality and the story of how we went from just me and my partner with no product to sell almost 4 years ago to now – a team of 10 with customers all over Hong Kong.
