Store Policies

Payment:

Gypsy Mama accepts payments through Paypal. You can pay securely with a credit card even if you are not a Paypal member. If you prefer to pay through money order or certified bank check, simply contact us for a total and send it by mail.

Shipping:

Most products are shipped priority mail. Prices given are for shipping within the United States, but we will happily ship to any country the US Postal service ships to. Contact us for rates.

International Orders:

Many of our customers order from around the globe, and we are happy to serve you!  Please contact us for shipping rates.  We ship global priority for most items.  All packages are marked with their actual contents and value, and we would respectfully request you not ask us to do otherwise, as Gypsy Mama has a policy against mail fraud.  As an international customer it is your responsibility to know the customs laws in your country, and you are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

Return Policy:

We will gladly exchange your item or issue you a store credit for the cost of the item minus shipping. Returned items must be postmarked by you within 30 days of your receipt of the item and returned in like-new, unwashed condition. Washed or gently used items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Custom orders (keepsake cloths™ and items with custom modifications) are not returnable.

If you are ordering for an expectant parent, whether it is yourself or you're purchasing products for a gift, let us know when you purchase! In that case, the return period will begin on the day of the happy arrival and like-new slings can be returned up to 30 days later.

If you are a local customer or wish to travel, your Gypsy Mama purchase comes with a free one-hour lesson. Contact us for an appointment.
